  • When should I start renewing my green card or DACA?

    Green card renewals should be started at least 6 months before your card expires. For DACA, HAAET begins processing renewals 5 months in advance. Do not wait until the last minute. Call our office to get started as early as possible.

    the best path forward.

    We specialize exclusively in immigration services. If you need help with another area of law, we are happy to refer you to a

    licensed attorney who can assist you.

  • How do I make an appointment and what do I need to bring?

    Call us at 903-595-0066 during business hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments are

    typically scheduled 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Please bring a valid photo ID, your Social Security card, and your green card if you have one.
