When should I start renewing my green card or DACA?
Green card renewals should be started at least 6 months before your card expires. For DACA, HAAET begins processing renewals 5 months in advance. Do not wait until the last minute. Call our office to get started as early as possible.

We serve low-income immigrant families in East Texas. The best way to find out if we can help you is to call our office and schedule a consultation. Consultations are $40 to $80 and give us the opportunity to review your situation and recommend
the best path forward.
Do you handle non-immigration legal services?
We specialize exclusively in immigration services. If you need help with another area of law, we are happy to refer you to a
licensed attorney who can assist you.
How do I make an appointment and what do I need to bring?
Call us at 903-595-0066 during business hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments are
typically scheduled 1 to 2 weeks in advance. Please bring a valid photo ID, your Social Security card, and your green card if you have one.
