Residency and Green Cards

I-90 — Renewal of Permanent Resident Card

HAAET Fee: $210

Your green card needs to be renewed every 10 years. We handle the entire renewal process so your status stays protected. Start 6 months in advance.

I-485 — Adjustment of Status

HAAET Fee: $1,000

Already in the United States legally? We can help you become a permanent resident without leaving the country.

I-751 — Removal of Conditions

HAAET Fee: $360

If you received a 2-year conditional green card through marriage, this removes the

conditions and makes your permanent residence unconditional.

Family and Visas

I-130 — Family Petition

HAAET Fee: $360

Bringing a family member to the United States starts here. We file the petition and

guide you through every step.

I-129F — Fiancée Visa

HAAET Fee: $410

If your partner is a U.S. citizen, a fiancée visa allows you to enter the country to get married. We handle the petition.

I-134 — Affidavit of Support

HAAET Fee: $150

Supporting a family member's visit or immigration application? We prepare the affidavit of support required by USCIS.

DACA and TPS

I-821D — DACA

HAAET Fee: $290 (existing) / $360 (new)

DACA protects eligible young immigrants from deportation and provides work authorization. Renewals should be started 5 months in advance. Cannot renew if you have a DUI or your DACA has been expired for over 1 year.

I-821 — TPS

HAAET Fee: $160

If your home country has been designated for TPS, you may be eligible for protection and work authorization. We handle the application and renewals.

Citizenship

N-400 — Naturalization

HAAET Fee: $410

Ready to become a U.S. citizen? We guide eligible permanent residents through the naturalization process from application to ceremony.

N-600 — Citizenship Through Parents

HAAET Fee: $410

Born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent? You may already be a U.S. citizen. We help you get the documentation that proves it.

Protection and Special Cases

VAWA

HAAET Fee: $510

Victims of domestic violence may qualify for immigration relief regardless of their abuser's citizenship status. We handle these cases with complete confidentiality and care.

U Visa

HAAET Fee: $710 (+$200 per add'l family member)

Victims of certain crimes who have assisted law enforcement may qualify for a U Visa. We prepare and file the application.

I-601 / I-601A — Waiver

HAAET Fee: $1,500

If you or a family member has been found inadmissible, a waiver may be the path forward. We prepare and file waiver applications with precision.

Military PIP (I-131)

CRBA — Consular Report of Birth Abroad

Born abroad to a U.S. citizen parent? A CRBA establishes your child's U.S. citizenship.

G-639 — FOIA

All appointments are made by phone. Call us at 903-595-0066 during business hours, Monday through Friday from 10:00am to 5:00pm. Appointments are typically scheduled 1 to 2 weeks in advance and last about one hour.


We offer both in-person consultations at our Tyler office and virtual consultations via Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent to you after your appointment is confirmed.


Walk-ins are welcome based on availability, but an appointment guarantees you will be seen.
